Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JASSIFA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hellojassifa@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
